REVIEW: Carson Beyer Sings of Ephemeral Love in Nostalgic New Single, “Grateful Dead”

Carson Beyer’s a name to keep on your radar.

For those who are unfamiliar with the Kenucky-born and Nashville-based country singer-songwriter, he’s as authentic as they come. He sings and writes from the heart, vulnerably bearing his own lived experiences and life lessons learned in his music.

In 2018, he released his debut single, “Bones”, which has since been streamed an impressive 4M+ times on Spotify. Earlier this year, Carson introduced his new artistic direction with the release of “Next To You”- an upbeat contemporary country love song that has been spun over 156K+ times on Spotify alone. In the months that followed, he released his tracks “Didn’t See Going”, “In The Dust” and “Just Boots”.

On July 19th, he released his latest single, “Grateful Dead”– a nostalgic and vulnerable track about a past romance that marks his fifth release of the year.

REVIEW: Kashus Culpepper Makes Big Loud Debut with “After Me?”

For those who are unfamilar with Culpepper and his artistry, he began performing in 2020, frequently playing at “barrack bonfires in Rota, Spain during his deployment with the Navy” (PR team). Upon returning home, he began playing originals and covers to live audiences in southern bars.

After sharing originals on his socials, such as “Break Me Like,” “Moonlight” and “Talk To Me”– he quickly caught the attention of country fans and Nashville industry professionals alike. His consistent efforts helped him build a dedicated online fanbase and eventually led to inking a deal with Big Loud. Earlier this year, the emerging talent embarked on his debut headling tour, playing sold-out shows in the American South prior to releasing a single track. He’s also toured nationwide as a direct opener for fellow labelmate Charles Wesley Godwin and will be touring this summer alongside “$10 Cowboy” Charley Crockett and GRAMMY-nominated rock band NEEDTOBREATHE. More recently, Culpepper was invited onstage by none other than Zach Bryan.

REVIEW: Zandi Holup Makes Her Big Loud Debut with “Gas Station Flowers”

One of Big Loud’s latest signed artists/songwriters, Zandi Holup, is a refreshing new face in the country music scene.

Growing up in a musical family, the Pennsylvania transplant and now Nashville resident is no stranger to the music industry. In pursuit of her passion, she began sharing her unreleased, original songs on social media (“Mountain Man” & “I Don’t Like Myself in Love” put her music on the map for me) and amassed a collective online fanbase of 500K+. Also an avid songwriter, “she’s written over 150 songs in the past few years—with her first independent release, “Wait for You” topping the Spotify “Fresh Finds” playlist” (PR team). It was these ongoing efforts and consistently putting her authentic self out there that eventually led to her signing with Big Loud. Her debut release under the label comes as “Gas Station Flowers”– a track that paints a vivid portrait of what it feels like to settle in a relationship.
