**Due to the high-volume of requests and to maintain the quality of each feature, ONLY pre-existing industry relationships between myself and PR teams, labels, management teams and indie artists will be considered. The only exceptions being if I select and reach out to an artist to feature them OR a new label, PR team and/or management team reach out directly to me on behalf of their artist/client and/or to estalblish a new industry relationship between myself/my platform and them. All other submissions will be ignored. Any changes to submission policies will be published here.

Submission Rules
& Requirements

When submitting your music for an article feature/interview please include:

  • A short artist bio.

 

  • Some key information about the single/album.

 

  • Link to single/album (unreleased singles/albums will not be shared).
 
  • Cover art plus design credits. JPEG or PNG (preferred) file formats are accepted.

 

  • 2-3 press photos (at least one must be in landscape format) and photo credits. JPEG or PNG (preferred) file formats are accepted.

 

  • Any upcoming shows, merch, events or specific talking points you’d like me to cover in the interview/article.

 

  • Links to your socials and artist profiles on major streaming platforms. Multi-links are accepted.

Reels Submissions:

  • Your video must include an original cover/original audio.

 

  • Audio must be clear and free from background noise.

 

  • Videos must be the highest quality resolution (possible for you).

 

  • Videos must be shot vertically. 

 

  • Videos must not exceed 10 minutes, preferably 3 min or less.

 

  • Video files must be less than 650MB. 

 

  • Please include the song’s title when submitting your video.

Social Media New Music Shoutout Submissions:

  • Please include a listening link to your ablum or single.

 

  • Cover art plus design credits. JPEG or PNG (preferred) file formats are accepted.

 

  • Please include a short artist bio and a bit about the track in your submission.

*NO DM SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ANY PITCHES/SUBMISSIONS MISSING INFORMATION AND THAT DO NOT INCLUDE ALL THE REQUIRED FILES WILL BE REJECTED.
