FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE–NASHVILLE, TN (Nov. 28th, 2025)–Today, in honour of the upcoming holiday season, Hunter Jordan released his cover of Texan singer-songwriter Robert Earl Keen’s festive tune, “MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE FAMILY.” Speaking on the song, Hunter shares,

“The first time I heard the song, it was Montgomery Gentry doing a rendition of it. I remember riding around backroads with buddies when I was a teenager, and this song was the one being played on a lot of the local radio stations. So we put it on every burnt CD that we were planning on jamming to around the Christmas holidays. So that’s what made this song special.”

Bringing his own refreshing country hip-hop flair and lyrical twists to the holiday classic, “MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE FAMILY” does not disappoint and will have listeners cheerfully singing along from the intro. Hunter expresses,

“I hope it’s a song that they can enjoy and play every year for Christmas. Hopefully, it reminds them of their redneck Christmas family.”

The holiday tune follows the release of Hunter’s duck hunter’s anthem, “Drake,” which was released earlier this month. With 4.1 M+ digital streams in his career discography and promising to deliver fans one more song before the start of 2026, Hunter Jordan’s a name you’ll want to know.

ABOUT HUNTER JORDAN

Known as the “Street Cowboy of Country,” Hunter Jordan describes himself as a country boy who is a little rough around the edges. Hunter’s sound reflects his diverse influences, blending the soul of country music with the rebellious spirit of rock and the rhythm of hip-hop. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Hunter recently released his collaborative debut EP, HOMETOWN HEROES: Vol. 1, which is available on all major streaming platforms. From Morgan Wallen’s modern to George Strait’s traditional sounds and from Hardy rock to Jordan Davis’ pop vibes, Hunter has a range of vocal and songwriting abilities which shine through in his music.

With compelling storytelling, heartfelt melodies, and an authentic country sound, Hunter Jordan’s latest project stands out as a fresh voice in today’s music scene. His “Street Cowboy” identity blends country, rock, and hip-hop influences, creating a unique style that resonates with fans of all three genres. Beyond the music, Hunter’s commitment to sharing his vulnerability through songwriting reflects a deeper mission: to connect with listeners who, like him, may struggle to express their emotions verbally. He aims to inspire others to open up and find comfort in music as a form of self-expression and connection in an increasingly disconnected world.

Hunter Jordan makes music because he loves it. For him, music is more than just a career; it’s a genuine expression of his passion and creativity. Hunter’s long-term goal is to build a music career that allows him to provide for his future wife and family, not just financially, but with the kind of fulfilment that comes from living out his dreams.
